Jammin Oldies
Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 23, 2026
What this policy covers
Jammin Oldies is an audio, video, and community-content app. This policy explains how the app handles information when you use it.
Content you choose to publish
An approved Owner can choose to publish a ticker message, featured message, labels, links, audio, or video. That chosen content is stored through Apple CloudKit so it can be shown in the app. Content published for everyone is visible to people using the app.
Notifications
The app asks before it sends notifications. If you allow notifications, Apple uses your device’s notification service to deliver update alerts. You can turn notifications off at any time in your iPhone Settings.
Photos, videos, and microphone
The Owner may choose a video from the device to publish in the app. The app uses the microphone only when someone chooses to record an audio message. A recording stays on that device until the person chooses to send it through their Messages app.
Apple services
Jammin Oldies uses Apple CloudKit to store and deliver the app content described above. Apple’s handling of information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy and service terms.
What we do not do
Jammin Oldies does not sell personal information and does not include third-party advertising or third-party analytics in the app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app’s privacy practices change. The current version will always be available at this page.
